We are excited to offer highly requested yoga memberships at CARSA. Choose from 12 classes a week with our standard Yoga membership option. If you want to combine your yoga with other activities at CARSA: the Fitness Weight Centre, Group Fitness or climbing look for our bundles and save some money. We are running a variety of class throughout the week with different styles and accessible to everyone regardless of skill level: Beginner Yoga, Hatha Flow, Power, Yoga Fusion and much more!

Currently yoga memberships are offered in two four-months periods: September–December and January–April. See membership page for details.

Note: Yoga classes are included with the Yoga membership and any of the yoga bundles. These classes are also available for drop-in.

Location

Yoga programs take place in the Nike Serenity studio on the upper floor of CARSA. On arrival notify Membership Services staff for access to the studio. Proceed down the ramp to Fitness Weight Centre gates. Again inform the equipment desk staff of your class participation. Then proceed up the stairs to the studio. View map.

We also have Registered Fitness programs and Group Fitness classes offering a variety of other activities including: cardio kickboxing, spin, pilates, HIIT, strength training, Ballet Barre, Zumba and more!

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class begins. In order to preserve the experience for all participants and reduce the risk of injury, we cannot admit anyone who arrives after the scheduled class start time. Arriving late to class may result in a no show. Yoga studio doors will be locked once a class has begun. Note: Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own mat.

Ignite, Unwind & Align is a dynamic Vinyasa-style class that combines strength-driven sequences with deep, detoxifying twists and intentional alignment.

Perfect for anyone looking to reset their body and mind through movement, this class is your midweek (or weekend) reboot — energetic, grounding, and empowering.

Sun to Stillness

This class invites you to move with the warmth of the sun—not as something to chase, but as something to receive. Through a sequence of sun salutations, we welcome solar energy into our bodies, building steady heat to awaken vitality, presence, and flow.

As the rhythm softens, we transition into restorative poses designed to guide the body toward intentional stillness and deep attunement. Here, we listen inward—resting in the quiet hum beneath the movement, allowing space for integration, grounding, and softness to emerge.

This is a practice of tending to energy, to rest, and to the shifting landscapes within. All levels are welcome.

Youth welcome: 14+ years
